Help: Icons only in "Search" window

When I do a search (Apple key - F), I now *only* get icons in the bottom of the search window, after having highlighted one of the search results. I used to get the names of the folders as well, this being the normal case as I understand it. What could have brought this on?

I do get the names of the folders when I let the cursor hover over them, but it is, of course, quicker to have the names of the folders next to the icons.

I have repaired permissions already and it made no difference.

Has anyone got an idea? TIA

Maybe try dragging the lower pane up, by clicking and dragging the dimple? If its to small to display all the folder names then its will just show the folder icons.

could be a finder caching issue

take a look in the GB FAQ and delete your caches...

That's it. Many thanks, ChrisG and Paul, but not Powerdoc
