    Yep and you get lots of (not picking on you Messiahtosh, it's just your recent binge of predictions never came to be) others who claim something is coming on this day or that day. Guess what? I think everyone on these boards knows that PowerMacs will be updated soon (WWDC) and probably iMacs too (PowerMac8,1 - SMU_Neo2_PlatformPlugin). And yeah, of course we will be blown away, we almost always are.

    I'd rather see kormac posting specs like a whore, than have some twenty-something tell me to watch for something big!

    Lets hope so...

    Think again. VPC will never be fast enough keep up for games.

    Running natively on the video card should make it pretty damn fast.

    The Mac platform has many great games (bad ones too), but don't expect Windows games to be playable. Use Windows for that. That pretty much goes for use of VPC too. Faster to just use native hardware. Not easier however.

    I don't know. I'm curious to know what tfworld knows, but at the same time I don't care. Other things to worry about. Its June already, we can hold out right?

    Does this make any sense now????

    "A little bird told that Trinity shall return, after eating pie, more voluminous than a dolphin..."

    "El Capitan's hamartia shall lead to Trinity's return and its rise to the throne, Its little brother shall rule in the great desert where the dolphins roam."

    "The filling shall reveal a crust made from the Rosetta Stone."

    "When the third sucessor of Artemis shall eat pie in the great desert, Artemis' twin shall rein with the agile Mercury and the obstinate Mercury before being eaten by the goldfish and this shall signal Trinity's return."

    Lay off the crack pipe. I don't see a Cube returning, if that indeed is what you are inferring.

    IIRC, didn't the author of that confess to its fabrication?

    I don't ever recall that. I seem to remember the author just stopped posting after he/she posted those riddles. Rumor has it these riddles refered to very early development months/years off from production. We might finally see the riddles fulfilled(or they already have).

    For those that don't know, these riddles were posted on Appleinsider sometime around 2001-2, coincidentally, around the time Apple was considering IBM for its chips (from what we know today). There were huge threads at the time on what these riddles could mean.

    {Edit: I've dug-up the old thread with these riddles. Post in it instead of derailing this thread.}

    Leonard has taken the countdown.

    Cheers.

    I have my studies, so I haven't been able to do the countdown.
