Best cheap DVD-R media?

Has anyone come across some killer cheap DVD-R media. preferably printable.

I have had no problems with shintaro DVD-R's in my pioneer 107D but i can only write them @ 2× instead of 4×.

It's not my drive as the apple over priced media works no wuckenfurries.





Post script. I'm using a brand-new 15' powerbook.
