Manual OS 9.1

Hi folks...



since yesterday i'm a proud owner of an apple my first apple



There is os 9.1 installed but there's no manual or installation disk included. So now i'm searching for a manual to download.

    You could also get one of those big OS 9 books from your local library.

    Eehhhh Library??? hmmmm they only got books over windhose, i could not even find a linux book.



    The help files in OS 9.1 are also not very informative.

    What is it exactly that you want to know? Mac OS has never come with a manual on the grounds that most people really don't need one.



    It is similar enough to Windows that you should be able to pick up how to use the Finder pretty quickly. A couple of things are different - Command/Apple key used in place of Control, Control-click instead of right-click, that kind of thing.



    Perhaps if you could simply tell us what it is you are having trouble figuring out, we could just tell you...?

    I just wanted to learn more about the OS. How it's work, how to improof it. Acctualy i have 10.3 now, just installed last weekend.

    If it's like most libraries it's the fault of your library's patrons (you), but the lack of good ILL is supposedly a european thing.
