Office 2004 has speech-recording?

I heard you can record lectures using Office 2004...? How's the compression? Can somebody give me a relative megabyte per minute estimate? Thanks.

You can choose between AAC, WAV & AIFF.
With the standard AAC bit-rate you get 146KB/minute. Or 6 minutes for each megabyte if you will
