Public Folder-Link to one file?

Can I let people download one file from my Public Folder via a simple link, or do I have to let them go to my Public Folder and then select the one file? I can't figure a way to get at the actual address for the download.

should work

Or do you possibly mean your Public Folder in your account?
afp://your.machine.name.here/yourusername/file
That should do it.
