G4 Mac will does not see Hard drive

I have a G4/400 for some reason the machine do not see my hard drive anymore. I can boot from the CD but when i go to disk utility, it does not see anthing. I tried disk warrrior and nothing. Could my logic board be bad?

    Based on what you've said so far, I would suspect a bad drive before the logic board. Go to Best Buy (or some other store without a restocking fee), get a hard drive that is smaller than 128GB, stick it in where your old drive is now, and let us know if it works.

    I tried usimg 3 different drives and still it does not work.

    Try a different cable then. The one used to connect your CD/DVD drive comes to mind if you don't have spare laying around.
