Compatible Memory with G4 Powerbook

Im thinking of getting a new 15'' G4 Powerbook, does anyone know what memory is compatible with it? i hear just any DDR333 memory wont work.

    www.crucial.com they have some of the best RAM and they have the best prices just about on the web. My friend just got a 512MB stick for his 12" PowerBook and it works wonderfully.
