Took the camera out, put it back in and it would not reconginze the camera.
What do i do????
Camera? As in digital camera or camcorder? Either way, test that the USB or firewire port on the computer you're using actually works. Get all the other variables out of the way before you pin it on the camera.

Model of computer
OS version (10.1, 10.2, etc)
What you *expect* to have happen (iPhoto launching, camera showing up in there, versus it showing up in Image Capture, for instance)
What *actually* happened
Furthermore, technical questions are to be placed in the Genius Bar forum... that's where people will expect to see them, and will be more ready to help you out.
You also have two threads asking this question, I moved the other one to Genius Bar for you, but another mod should lock this one.
