I received this survey last night. The very last question ask what you would like to see in the next PowerBook of interest they ask how often you use the PC Card slot, Firewire 800, and your modem.

I guess the survey is over or limited to those that "got" it personally?

I would be dismayed to see the PC Card slot disappear; perhaps a lot of people never have use for it, but it's the fastest means for transferring digital images off flash memory (and I guess a FW 800 card reader would work okay, but it's another thing to cram into the bag and the reliability of some of those readers is a bit shaky).

Do I WANT a G5 in the next powerbook ? ... duh! ... of course.

But they need to wait 'till they can do it right.... (which of course, Apple will).

I don't particularly care if it's in the NEXT update or not, but I won't be replacing my old iBookSE until it can be done with a G5

(Hoping I'll be able to replace the iMac266 with a G5 iMac soon! )
