snow airport +intermittent connection

My snow airport drops connection often. I have a G4 867 with 1.5G ram. Does the snow airport have the same issue as the extreme where connection is lost if you have over 1G ram? I saw an update for the extreme to correct the issue. Is the only solution for me to remove ram?

You can lose the connection by having too much RAM? Where did you hear this?

I have seen posts on MacSurfer. Also, I found something at MacFixit forums:

If the dropped connections are not caused by ram, do you have any suggestions?

I know these are the airport extreme. I was just wondering if the issue affected the snow airports, too. I am out of ideas.

Connections are dropped all the time. The clock still runs, but I can't go anywhere on the internet, email, NOTHING! It is very frustrating. If I log onto ICQ, it will some back after a few tries.

Any ideas, please.
