    Wow!

You DO REALIZE it's written by Anne Onymus. That means it's totally fabricated.

Does anyone have the desire for a 12" screen for a desktop?? I was under the impression that 15" displays were going out of fashion.

You don't need to look at the name. Even as I'm reading it, I'm rolling my eyes.

A 12" value computer with ATA-133? 255MHz FSB? Monitor spanning? Compact Flash and PCMCIA slots? Please. This is a bunch of crap. There's nothing to see here.

I read it for fun, until it said that the new keyboards would include different media buttons. I quit reading there, but I imagine it goes on to tell about unicorns and fairies.

I'd like to see how long my iBook battery would keep a crt, two optical drives, two hard drives and a 23" cinema display going! Sheesh!

It was a stretch, right up to the Apple-branded DOS card accessory with "Yellow Dog Linux and AOL installed," at which point it just became a ripoff of CARS, but without the funny.

I wonder what PowerMAc sales will do when the 799 "iClassic" has better specs and costs thousands of dollars less. This thing sort of makes sense until you read it will have a 12" screen, include a PC card, 2 media bays, UltraAtA 133, etc. Is this guy trying to by sarcastical?

I think the iClassic he describes is clalled the eMac (just drop all the absurd stuff).

Maybe a 799 computer with a 15" CRT screen, 800 mzh G4, 40 GB hard drive, 256 mb ram and Getforce 2MX would be reasonable. This thing would look so bad with all the holes in the front for all the drive bays and connection slots.

Yeah, that's a regular feature on Low End Mac. It's a joke. It's supposed to be rediculous.
