4th gen wireless iPod hype = potential letdown

There's so much speculation on what else is contained in this latest iPod, that I wonder if people are going to be let down if it turns out to be nothing.



Surely Apple should put an end to these rumours. And soon.

If such high expectations are dashed, I wonder if many will simply sit this rev. out and wait for the mother of all iPods in gen 5.

    I serously doubt there is any wireless connectivity. There is even a phony ad floating around - phony because it uses an image nearly a year old. PortalPlayer did announce some new features for their OS/hardware in January and perhaps, or should I say, most likely some of those are within the new iPod just waiting to be taken advantage of by Apple and thrid parties.

    Fortunately the rest of the world doesn't agonize, fret and dwell over such wacky rumors, speculations and things like this. They just buy iPods.
