What .plist does OS X strore its date and time and NTP server info in. I know that the System Prefs Pane can adjust/configure those settings, but I need to know which physical .plist file the data/configurations are stored in.

I have a powerbook and I had configured it to automatically update the time from about 2-3 server set in ntp.conf.
What is annoying is that if I get offline (since it's a notebook!) the automatic update gets DISABLED until I re-enable it.
Any solution?

lock the config file or run a cron job?

lock what file? The config doesn't get changed, ntpd is stopped.
I might run a cronjob to re-sync, but then when I'm offline it would ask me to start an internet connection, I suspect.
I'll try and maybe post here again in case anyone else cares.
PS: even if I sync my clock every minute or so, I'm regularly late!
