Perhaps they meant iBook or Monitor stand... otherwise its quite strange. The only iMac that could be used with that stand is a broken iMac. What a pity to break that awesome mechanical arm.

If its VESA compliant then yes, perhaps it could be used with the new iMac. However, if the iMac just sits in the stand's "slot", where do the power and USB cables go?
The picture on Amazon does look like the iMac could snap right in.
