This is infact a patent refering to the new cube, as with the old cube it has transulcient case which as the patent describes now changes colour. The reason for this is that the cube has been re-developed as a games/ home entertainment system Inc. bluetooth controlers, 16" writing/ drawing tablet, CD/DVD player, MicroSCART interconnect, G4 Chip, 64bit data path, 120GB HD for TV recording, Firewire (inc. sony playstation connectivity), USB, full OSX support and, best of all it changes colours.

Hippie lettuce, that must be it. I think a game machine is not in the best market for Apple to be jumping at present.
you're right, it doesn't exist ( almost lost my job at apple there) but the graphics are superb, eats the xbox. also forgot to mention dolby 5.1 sound is incredible (via breakout box)

Why is it you would have all these specs and leave out the one spec that any gamer would want to know? The Video card?

agreed... microsoft is losing money hand over fist on xbox right now, but has so MUCH money that it can lose money for a VERY long time against sony and still prevail. apple has a lot of cash, but not the bottomless pit that microsoft does... i can't see apple risking that -- unless they are trying to make an all-in-one iBox, which has TiVo and game-playing abilities, and syncs with your iPod to double as a stereo system, too.
plus, i thought apple was all "anti-color" now with their designs. white on white on chrome and all that...

apologies for replying to my own post, but i just realized something... what was one odd feature to the 10.2.3 update?
Looks like an easy-bake-oven to me...lol. It most likely looks like it's a case for a computer and the new Apple monitors. (ignore the box computer etc...)

The more research I do, the more the missing "s" looks like a typo.</strong><hr></blockquote>
It is. Duncan Kerr, who is listed as the inventor, is a member of Apple's industrial design team.
