Setup Assistant?

I just received my 2.5 G5 and wanted to transfer my files from my PB. How do I access the setup assistant that you would get when you first start up a Mac? Thanks for the help.

    If it is available I would look for it in Applications->Utilites. It might not be available without re-installing.
