iPhoto stopped working in my iBook

I just purchased the iBook a few months ago and now the iPhoto program wont work. i can click it and it bounces one time in the dock and then nothing. Any ideas why this is?

    Sometimes one way to fix this (programs quitting during launch) is to repair the disk permissions (using Disk utility in Applications/Utilities).
