Transfering Files from PC to Mac?

Obviously, there are several ways to do this:



1) Load Windows files into iPod and upload them to Mac.

2) Load external USB harddrive with Windows files and upload them to back.

3) Burn a whole bunch of data CDs and read them with Mac



etc...



What's the BEST way to go about this that you could recommend?
