Yes, there is. Loving the zoomin' and fadin' myself, I was delighted when I found one for Windows that allowed me to replicate the screensaver experience on my PowerBook.
It's called the Nostalgic Screensaver and it's a very nice piece of software, by Windows standards. Enjoy:
(I'm sure a few other members here who have to slave away on Windows boxen in the office will be delighted by this as well. Now you can make your co-workers drool and respect you more! )

Seriously they should add that in. No wait, they should re-add Icons!!! It freakin doesn't work when you save it from Jaguar and stick it in Panther and try to run it!
