What's the best free picture album site?

What is the best site to make a picture album? Like Yahoo photos. But I'm sure there are better ones. Yahoo always screws up and some pics don't load, and the pics themselves are tiny. Criteria I'm looking for: let me have the biggest possible picture, and the most, and fairly easy to use. Oh and free of course!
