AudioBooks and Resetting (Help)

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I just got a audio book and i skipped in the middle of a few tracks to hear it...now when i go to play it from the top the tracks where i skipped in continue where i left off and don't play from the top without me finding the start of each track from the top and letting it play....which is a major pain!.....how do i reset itunes so i plays each track of a audio book from the top?

    Thanks for the help people....i guess that means there is no way to reset them with out doing it manually.

    With a sig like yours, what did you expect? Go to the Apple site and look at FAQs for the iPod.
