How do I make another browser the default one?

Okay, I have been looking, but can't seem to find it. I want to set up Firfox as my default browser so that when I click on links in Mail, or in a messenger they open up in Firefox rather than launch Safari. Is there something I missing to do this easily? Thanks!

    The preference for the default browser is in Safari (under general).



    I hope it gets moved back into the system prefs when Tiger arrives..

    ahhh, thank you very much! That was the last place I would have looked for that. I remembered it being in system prefs, but couldn't find it, I thought I had lost my mind!



    Definitely not Apple like at all.
