Dual 2.0Ghz G5

1GB RAM

9800 XT 256DDR RAM

Airport and Bluetooth installed.

Rest is standard



If you guys have any questions or benchmarks you want me to run let me know. I have some games I'll try out on it as well. I'll post pictures later this week when it arrives for those of you who are "into that sort of thing."



I'll post my first impressions here when it arrives and give a link to the pics.



(After seeing I Robot I'm going to sleep with one eye open around that hulking G5)

    I just installed a few Dual 2ghz G5s in the office and would be up for adding some comparative benches, if you need. Here's the breakdown...



    1) 2x2ghz G5 2gb/160gb/9800Pro - 128mb/AE/BT



    2) 2x2ghz G5 2gb/250gb/9600Pro - 128mb/AE/BT



    3) 2x2ghz G5 1.5gb/160gb/9600Pro - 128mb



    Also, LA Computer company let me grab units 2 and 3 for 2499.00 and 2199.00 / no tax / AppleCare / about 54.000 for shipping. Not bad.

    Yea they still haven't shipped it yet. Apple's site says on or before the 2nd. If it ships the 2nd I'll probably have to wait till next week to get it. BLAST IT!!!!! (I am checking the order status page around 6 times a day now)

    UT2004, in a 'real-world' online game, say, 16 players, ONS-TORLAN...



    how does it perform?
