Hey Matsu I hijacked your sig since I ordered my baby PBG4 last week too. However mine is tripped out, 60 gig drive, 640 megs of RAM, SuperDrive, Airport. SO I'm hoping it'll be here by this coming weekend!

edit : something weird happened. The lady at 1800MYAPPLE took an extra $50 off my order, I wonder why. And also offered to "expedite shipping for free". Hmm this is too good to be true?

And yes you can add 1 GIG RAM sticks to the PBG4 12" once they exist in SO-DIMM format. However I can't imagine how expensive they'll be. But they'll exist that is for sure. It says so in PBG4 PDF spec sheet that os10geek quoted.

So is it possible to add L3 cache by yourself to iMacs/eMacs? Is it possible to add it to PBG4 12"s, do they have that solder pad too?
