Apple Branded Digital Camera

What do you guys think of Apple releasing a new digital camera? They can offer FireWire connectivity, iPod's 5 GB hard drive and long battery life. Things that current digital cameras are all lacking. It would also be a great way to introduce iPhoto to the world as well.

Any thoughts???

This might be coming. After updating to OS 10.1.2, I noticed "Support for firewire digital cameras". Could this, along with the tradmarking of iPicture be a camera?

i am 100% convinced that apple will release a fantastic camera/iphoto combo at macworld.

why?

because i just blew a ton of money on a usb digital camera, and apple likes to torment me like this often, that's why.

Nikon D1, D1H, and D1X digital cameras have FireWire.
