Questions for a newbie

Got my new PB a few weeks ago and am loving it. I do have a few questions though.

1. In Safari, after I visit a link, it turns purpleish. How do I chage the color preferences so it stays blue like in IE on Windows. I hate having the color changes.

2. How do I set bookmarks so when I open the bookmarks menu on the top, the folders and everything show up there?

Thanks,

PBRules

    1-I don't think you can, or atleast I don't know how to. You can't customize very much in Safari.

    2-Go to your bookmarks, and create a folder (or use one of the premade Folders). Click on "Bookmarks Menu" and drag that Folder to it. Or Individual URLs.

    Well i know it is possible You do have to be familiar

    with "local stylesheets". I am not familiar with it. I just know

    there is an option in the safari pref pane (i saw it many times

    working on other macs than mine) .

    -->safari prefs-->advanced-->"choose stylesheet"

    therefor you have to choose a localy stored stylesheet.

    If possible all webpages try to adapt your stylesheet.

    I know it is different, say, from ie on windows.

    If you do ask for a simple button "yes/no", there is none

    such.

    perhaps that helps.
