Jack Johnson's new offering, In Between Dreams. Just got it today, so I'm still getting used to it, but I'm not sure its better than his previous effort, On and On. Late.
Lotsa hype surrounding the debut of this young lady. Unfortunately, it's a pretty average record. One or two good tracks (last year's single 'Galang' and '10 Dollar') but as the album progresses she increasingly looks like a one-trick DeeJay with samey beats and dodgy politics. Her Baile Funk track is a piss-poor imitation of the real deal. The music critics and bloggers need to get off her dick right now.
