Aw c'mon, you know that was just part of an elaborate hoax to throw off the nerds and Apple would never really release those configs.
It's gonna be double quad-core with triple-X PCIe!
...or it's going to be exactly what we saw yesterday at those exact price points.

And it's back online, only new PowerMacs, as far as I see
(edit) And two minutes later, it's offline again. Strange things....

This is going to be tough after waiting 10 months.
Do I cave and get a good solid affordable 2.0 system at a bargain
or wait till WWDC.
The damn PCI-Express issue is all that's holding me up.

So the 1.8 is still avaiable at the same price and still 256mb RAM. The dual 2.0 is on the same board as the old dual 1.8 and the dual 2.7
is
liquid cooled.
This is a rather tepid update but it's stil better than a kick in the swedes...

The price drop on the displays opens a nice opportunity for reduced price iMacs very soon.

It is nice to have the Radeon 9650 there, so that you can drive a 30" display without buying the large and exensive Nvidia card.
