DOES IT HAVE A FAN CAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS INTAKE VENTS ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT THREE VERTICLY ALLIGNED VENTS AM I RIGHT?

    Apparantly it has a fan, rated at 25 db which is no louder than the HD.

    It needed a fan because the power supply is inside, unlike the Cube which used a brick. I think it's a good trade-off.

    Yes from what I've read the fan will be quiet and will only come on fully when it gets very warm inside. The MacWorld.com article about the new iMac calls it an "intellegent fan".
