video recording with isight

are there any 3rd party apps (freeware preferrably) that i can use with isight to record video?



unless, correct me if im wrong, the only way to do it right now that i know of is to have quicktime pro.

    no quicktime pro required, as far as i know...

    you don't have to just stream, you can 'record to disk'

    According to Apple's product description pages, iMovie HD (iLife '05) can also record direct from an iSight webcam. Look at the bottom of the right hand column for information...
