Is the new iMac using Cube's motherboard?

Just curious.....since the bus is still the same 100Mhz

    According to MacWorld's <a href="http://www.macworld.com/2002/01/07/imac2.html"; target="_blank">current review</a> of the new iMac, it actually has a "custom circular" motherboard, so I don't think it's the same one...



    Aside from that, I guess it could have a similar design.

    I was actually just going to ask this ...



    I figure its got to be pretty similar to the cubes motherboard ... but the new iMac has an SO-DIMM (and a regular DIMM slot- figure that one out) and my cube just has 3 DIMM slots. At any rate ... i'm wondering if the 800Mhz G4 would work in my cube ... damn, that'd be sweet . Not sure if it'd be better than the dual 500Mhz cube mod but anything is better than my paltry 450...
