Is there anywhere on the internet that shows prices of used Mac? Sort of like a bluebook?

I want to sell my Power Mac G4.

G4 400 (July 2000)

512 MB ram

20 GB HD

Added Zip drive (internal)

iStick speakers

Apple 17" CRT display (graphite)

Epson 777i printer

Looking for $750.00 for the whole package.

Yeah... that's a pretty good price to sell it for.

Start with <a href="http://www.smalldog.com"; target="_blank">www.smalldog.com</a> and <a href="http://www.powermax.com."; target="_blank">www.powermax.com.</a> They are retailers who are big in the used Mac biz. That will give you a ballpark of what you can expect to get for your system.

I'm selling my old Mac to my sister. Certainly want to give her a good deal, but I as well don't have a really good idea of what an old Mac is worth.

    Beige G3 266 with A/V card

    - 384M of RAM

    - 6G Hard-drive (want to keep my 20G and put in an external firewire case although that might not be worth it)

    - ATI Rage Orion (Rage 128 with 16M VRAM)

    - zip 100

Giving with for free since I got most of this given to me:

    - Old Apple monitor that does 832x624 (only res supported).

    - Apple Personal laserwriter NT

    - 3 year-old pair of Altec Lansing speakers

    I was thinking $700 CDN (approx $450US).

What do other people out there think?
