Spring (Summer) cleaning my Mac

Does anyone have any tips and tricks they can give me to clean up my Mac? You know, speed it up a little? I've had it for close to 2 years and never really tried to clean it up properly.



The only things I do regularly is a permissions repair and the running of MacJanitor every other week.



Any ideas?

    Unplug, fill the tub, add a little Mr. Clean to the water, and then emerse the Mac. Let soak for an hour and drip dry for a week.



    Good as new....
