I remember reading about overclocking the 500Mhz iBooks to 600Mhz, <a href="http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/systems/ibook_2001_overclock/ibook_2001_overclock.html"; target="_blank">http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/systems/ibook_2001_overclock/ibook_2001_overclock.html</a>; and was wondering if it would be possible to overclock to 700Mhz... seeing that the 14inch model offers more space inside, maybe heating wont be too much of an issue.

Anyone?

Heat is always an issue with laptops. I dunno whether the new iBook allows for overclocking; I've never overclokced and can't say anything. So why am I posting? I don't know.

At least you won't have to worry about battery power. The new iBook's got that bigger battery.
