[ANN] -- WoodWare releases BARTWidget 0.5beta

Just launched BARTWidget, a Dashboard widget which shows BART train schedule information. This is still a preliminary beta release, so please give it a whirl fellow rumormongers and give me some feedback.

This is my first release to the Mac community, so be nice. But more importantly be honest as that's why I'm asking for feedback!

    BARTsmart BART Widget version 0.6 beta was released yesterday.



    Also, its fun seeing my BART Widget on Apple.com. It gives me warm fuzzies.



    Meanwhile I'm surprised I've not gotten any feedback here. I expected at least one Bay Area rumor monger would've grabbed the download.

    Today I released version 0.7 of the BART Widget. It adds a slew of tweeks and fixes and adds a nice feature or two.



    Also, this marks the first time I've started publicizing the widget. Got it listed on macupdate and versiontracker, for example.



    I spent some time following the BART strike situation. I got the full citizen journalist experience, as I was beating the local press and BART sites as far as getting information out. Very cool, and gave me warm fuzzies.



    Anyhow, any other developers out there have advice for promoting your apps?
