Nothing will Install!

I just reformated my mac a couple days ago, and now I am starting to install all my apps back... and nothing that isnt a drag and drop install will install! I keep getting errors with everything. I can't even install STuffit so I can unzip some stuff of mine.



Other apps that wont install:

Macromedia

Adobe





Any help would be great!

    What kind of errors? If it's permissions-related, well, you could repair permissions.

    They all say a file is missing.

    Does it say what file? Never happened to me, but if the installer can't install somewhere because the permissions are all janked up, then perhaps that's the problem. I don't buy into the Permissions Repair Cult but in this case it might be your problem. Use Disk Utility to repair them and then try to install again.



    Also, let us know what system you're on, etc.
