Just ordered the new baby iBook from Apple UK on Monday afternoon. It claimed 3 days build time then 3-7days for delivery. Well, it's just turned up already, 3 days after I ordered. I'm well chuffed as I bought it for a present for my girlfriend (I've already got a PB) and we're going on our jollies next week!

Just thought I'd big up Apple for doing their job right!

Cheers

Dan

    Glad you got fast delivery.

For the Amurricans, chuffed adj., Brit.: Very pleased.

OK, but what does "going on our jollies" mean?

And for those who still don't know what's going on, holidays = vacation.

    glad you like your ibook

i also see a lot of "going to hospital" instead of "going to the hospital" which is what we say. anyway im torn between a 12 inch ibook or powerbook, but i just read the powerbook screens dont get any better until you move up to the 15 incher. true?
