did anyone else notice that in picture 5 the screen reads: "FireWire connections are not supported. To transfer songs connect the USB cable provided. Press Center to dismiss"
According to PhoneScoop.com... this is probably just the first of a whole line of phones. I'm guessing (just like the iPod), they'll get better during each iteration.

Well.. the PowerMac G5 is the first PowerMac which features USB 2.0 ports.
Is there a list of suggested USB 2 cards? I have a PM G5, but if I add a USB 2.0 card, it doesn't sleep right, rather, it simply hangs when trying to sleep. Looking in some of the manual, it's a known problem with PM G4s too. I know I can use a hub (I am using one), but I'd prefer not to use one if I have open slots.
I've tried a few different cards, all with NEC brand chips. One will sleep properly only if I don't have devices connected.

Cost and space-saving, most likely. If you can only put one or the other in, USB 2 is the right one to choose.
Looks like I have to invest on a USB 2 PCI card on my PowerMac G4.

If you have USB1 is will work. Just not as fast
