Any time I try to listen to audio in Real player, flash, and whatever google video uses (also flash I presume) I get no audio, this problem poped up since Wed, that was the last time I used real and it worked fine...

You could try opening the "Audio MIDI Setup" program found in /applications/utilities, and making sure the audio output is set to 44.1 kHz and 16 bit output. Some programs can change these settings and then not change them back.
