How can people sell Nano's at $140 for the 4gb version?

I'm told that the units come from an Apple manufacturing facility in the Republic of China and carry a one year Apple warranty. Is this not true?

Sound too good to be true? Then it most likely is.
Whoever is trying to sell you this 'iPod" is probably talking out of their arse.
Apple don't do "grey exports" or direct selling from manufacturing facilities.
