Apple Store Refurbished products...

I'm looking at a refurbished PowerBook at the Apple Store. I'm a possible switcher and I'd really appreciate the discount.



Any comments, advice, pros, cons or personal experiences from buying these refurbished products. What defect can these products come with... for ex. scratches or something?

    They're typically indistinguishable from brand-new products, it's just that legally (I believe) Apple is obliged to not sell refurbished goods as new.
