Accordign to Engadget iPod nanos are now shipping with sleeves similar to those with the 5G iPod.



Apple's lawyers must be a little relieved

    Oh cheers - I've changed my link now! I doubt Apple will but they mad do to avoid any class action. However, it may be seen as admitting they were wrong - which could cause more legal action!

    I'm hoping Apple starts a program where they send one to an existing owner. My nano is long since scratched, and brasso hasn't been able to wipe out every last scratch, but the gesture would certainly be appreciated.
