Does an Xbench Score indicate there's an issue with my Dual 2.7?

I searched for Xbench in the genius bar and didn't see anything, so here goes my post.

I have a Power Mac G5 DP 2.7/250GB/Radeon 9650/2.5GB/BT/Wireless Keyboard & Mouse with 10.4.3 (totally up to date.)

I just ran Xbench 1.2 (also most current version.)

Processor set to highest, hard drive set not to sleep, no other apps running, and nothing unusual in Activity Monitor (all processes.)

I'm getting a really low Xbench score and my system bus is listed incorrectly.

Any thoughts?

I just discovered that Xbench 1.2 is "re-calibrated 100 point baseline to a 2.0 GHz G5 running Tiger." That's why my results were so low.

    On 1.1.3, I got 273.16.

    One Problem resolved!

I'm still wondering why both 1.1.3 and 1.2 don't show my bus speed as 1.35Ghz.

Xbench is pretty worthless. Even the Macbidouille guys don't use it to test their upgrades.

To confirm your bus speed type

    hwprefs cpu_bus_freq

    in the Terminal.
