The M-Audio Keystation 49e is a great starter controller for $99.00
at most music outlets like musiciansfriend.com
The keystation connects by USB or midi so it comes in very handy
at a reasonable price.
For vocals, the new BLUE Snowball is quite impressive for around $139.00
The griffin iMike is an even more affordable alternative for those on a tight budget.
