It wasn't all that popular, but I liked it in the theater and left thinking "I gotta buy this when it comes out on DVD". So I did.

Entire collection if you want to browse. Keep in mind some $4 specials snuck in there.

My real favorites are mostly classics from the 1970s like

The Godfather, Network, Chinatown, French Connection, Conversation

    Guilty pleasures:

Clint Eastwood Westerns of the 1960s: Fistful, Few Dollars More, Josey Wales, Good Bad Ugly

Schwarzenegger movies: Terminator, Total Recall, Conan, RUnning Man

Anything with vampires, I don't care how dumb or how bad, I just love those vampires

Ones I know I should like and I do:

Anything by Kurosawa in B&W: Seven Samurai, Rashomon, Yojimbo

Anything by Luis Bunuel: Discrete Charm, Obscure Object

Any of those period movies by Merchant/Ivory, or Austen adaptations, but I have to watch them with my wife, never alone because that just wouldn't be very cool

    Ones I know I should like but I don't:

    Anything by that Aronofsky

    Anything by that Tarantino

    Anything by that Ingmar Bergman
