Hey guys.
I've been having random crashes among other problems with my newly purchased 15' powerbook.
When i go to verify disk in the disk utility, it says the volume needs repair.
How do i do this as 'repair disk' is ghosted out.
Help

Holding option will let you select the DVD once inserted, yes.
And you don't have to reinstall. Once booted, there'll be a Utilities menu that will let you launch Disk Utility.
