Dual 2.7 G5 with old ADC monitor?

I just bought this computer and the guy at Apple said I need a $300 adapter cause the G5 2.7 only has DVI out.



Is that correct? I have an old 17 inch Apple (ADC).

    Yeah. Apple really had a good thing with ADC but they screwed all of us now.



    It's probably about the same expense to just get a new monitor.

    No you need the $99 Apple DVI to ADC adapter.
