serendipity because it's so unexpectedly good to say

    Stupid and/or weird anatomical names....

The Islets of Langerhans Should be a treacherous and inhospitable group of rocky outcrops in the Irish Sea. But they're not.

The Circle of Willis. Should be a Morris Dancing formation for 8 dancers performed to and based upon the Ballad of Barbary Lilth. To wit:

    "Young Willis he lay

    A circle of blooms,

    For his true love

    Fair Barbary Lilth......"

All those anatomical things that sound like ancient Roman roads and buildings.

At the end of the Medulla Oblongata, beside the flowing waters of the Substantia Nigra, stood The Perineum. At its centre was the Foramen Magnum where the Labia Majora decided the fate of those found guilty of breaching the Vas Deferens. Most feared of all the Labia Majora was the sadistic Gastrocnemius. The striking of the cerebellum thrice at dawn, signalled a carotid was imminent. When they heard the roar of the duodenum, the prisoners of Thymus mourned for their fellow vesicles, gruesomely sacrificed to appease the vengeful goddess, Pudenda.

The (British) surname St John for being pronounced "sin gin".
