World Of Apple reports of new office buildings being leased by Apple.

Is this simply new iPod or what ever growth signs or is it the future headquater for iTunes Movie, Tablet or what what what ?

where is it located, what companies are near it, how does it "flow" with another apple site. i would think that that size has to intergrate with something, office people, manufactureing but i thought all that was done offshore. would they need that much space for R and D???

They keep buying up space. Supposedly it will save them money, if they need the space over the next couple years, for things will cost more then. I read about this before because the real estate is so much in Cupertino area.

I don't know what the big fuss is about here. 116,000 sq. feet isn't all that big. You could put a nice call centre in there. Manufacturing-wise, you couldn't do a whole lot, at least not on an Apple scale. It could open up some added distribution channels for their Apple stores, tech support, etc.

If you're talking a million sq. feet then yeah, something big is in the pipe, but you guys shouldn't be getting your panties in a knot over this.

it is the call center for the Apple MVNO.

Sales, Customer Support and Tech Support.

They may do basic fulfillment and billing operations too.
